Lockton Companies is well-known as the largest privately held insurance broker in the world headquartered Kansas City. Perhaps more importantly, they are known as a best place to work and do business for their 10,000+ Lockton Associates worldwide. 

Close to 1,200 Kansas Citians call Lockton home, working as trusted advisors who make their clients’ business better. Each June, these Associates gather to celebrate their accomplishments – both big and small – at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. What ensues is a thoughtful program hosted by leadership to energize, celebrate and thank Associates. 

Harper & James worked alongside the talented Lockton planning team to bring interactive elements to the meeting. From custom stair clings made by Platinum XP and an interactive magazine photobooth fabricated by Photo Bus KC, to a DJ and violinist duo and beautiful palm florals by Studio Dan Meiners, we were able to balance both a formal and fun atmosphere for Lockton’s annual meeting. 

Did we mention that Associates celebrating their 10-year anniversary receive a personalized Rolex, too? It’s safe to say Lockton is not your average employer and this event is not your average annual meeting.
